When editing (Change) a Service request the 'Group responsible' Partner ID is re-determined based on the profile identified by the user at sign-in to the IC.
Does anyone know where this redetermine process takes place. I have attempted to debug the BSP CRM_IC, view SrvEmpHead, but it runs so deep it's almost impossible.
The aim of this is so that I can default the 'Assigned to' field in the Inbox search to whatever profile the user logged in as, something I would have thought other people might have done.
The quicksearch facility sets the inbox search fields with values so I can see the code it uses and can possible use the same method(s) to populate the 'Assigned to' field. However, my main problem is in identifying the redetermination routine as performed by standard SAP code.
Any suggestions would greatly appreciated.
