Hi,
Status DLV is Delivered , which is used when planned quantity of production order has been delivered. Once you do the GR for Order (t.code MB31), this status will set to the production order automatically.
TECO is used for Technically Complete. After doing GR of Order, you also do your required closing activity and last settlement of order. Before doing the settlement, you need to do order as technically complete. TECO indicator is set manually through CO02 (Change Production Order) by going Functions ->Restrict Processing -> Technically Complete.
Once you TECO the order, all open resevation on that Order (for relevant materials) would automatically get cancelled and no further processing would be allowed on Order as per as operations.
Hope it will clear to you. Pls get back in case of further query.
Thanks & Regards,
Taral Patel

Hi Ravi,
DLV means the goods delivery has taken place
TEKO means Technically completed. Once you set this status, you cannot post anything in to the order further.
TEKO status need to flagged manually or Automatically.
If there are too many Orders then using COHV transaction code you will do TEKO in mass.
If there are very few or one or two, then we will do manually.
Please let me know if you need further details in this regard
