while creating delivey btch split error is showing item category nt defined tell me how to do it what will be documet type for assigning plz tell me in details

Hi,

First check whether the item category of your delivery is relevant for picking or not?

Please check the following customization settings

IMG>LOGISTIC-GENERAL->BATCHMANAGEMENT>BATCH DETERMINATION AND BATCH CHECK>STRATEGY TYPES>DEFINE STRATEGY TYPE FOR SALES AND DISTRIBUTION. IN STRATEGY TYPE GO TO BATCH SPLIT TAB & FIELD AND GIVE SOME NUMBER AND TRY THEN

REVERT BACK IF IT IS NEEDFUL

check whether item category is relevant for picking or not?

spro--> logistics execution --> shipping --> picking --> define relevant item categories

here select your item category and save it.
