Workflow Claim Notification email.

Hi All,

In workflow when we create a Claim Notification(CLM1) the email does not go to approver in SBWP. But we can see the mail in Creator mailbox.

The workflow is working fine in DEV server but the same is not working PRD server.

Please guide.

Hi,

Check the agent assignement setting in your workflow task in PRD. Also, just check fro dialog workitem agent assignment made as a general task and agent assignment result shouldn't be blank.

We do not have Agent Assigment but have Rule assignment.

Hello,

When you say "But we can see the mail in Creator mailbox." do you mean that the workflow initiator is receiving the workitem instead of the expected person?

In any case, check the workflow log to see what values are being passed to the rule, and execute the rule yourself with those values to see what the result is.

using PFAC to check your rule definition and container setting in the rule.

Hi Bala,

I think the agent assignment has not got transferred from dev to prod system.

Please check the workflow in prod and see who is assigned as the agent for the send mail task.

Check if it is workflow initiator.

Agent assignment needs to be transported separately to other systems.

Do you mean email, or workitem?

How does the workflow log look, is it finding an agent?

Hi,

After transporting the WF to PRD, u hav to make sure if the agent assignment is also in place. For this u hav to transport the agent assignment frm the DEV server to PRD.

1) The agent assignment for the task can be maintained using RE_RHMOVE30 and transport the request.

2) If it is done, just go to the SAP Inbox and do the Refresh Org. enviroment using the path

Settings-> Workflow settings->Refresh Org. enviroment
