Hi,
We have installed the MDM instance and deployed the necessary .sca files.
Now, when I try to access the url http://......:50000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcmdmsrmcat~uisearch/MDM_SRM_UI_App
by providing the host name and blank password, I get a connection failure errror.
Please let me know any clues bout the issue.
Thanks.
Brijesh
Hi Brijesh,

Hope It Helped

Thank you for all the responses.
We managed to get the issue resolved by downgrading the version for BP_MDM_APPLICATION, BP_MDM_TECHNOLOGY and MDM_JAVA_API to version 6.0.

Thanks for the responses......
I have tried deploying the respective MDMSRMUI sca file and restarted the instance, still does not work.
This functinality works in another system, so trying to get the sca file of that system and deploy.
Thanks.

Hi,
As Jitesh mentioned earlier after deploying the sca files on WAS restart the J2EE engine.
Also Check the compatibility of sca files with MDM server.
One more thing Deploy the sca files in the order mentioned and check if any firewall issues( of MDM server).
You can refer note no1083126 and 1057316 on service.sap.com

Hi Brijesh,
After deploying the SCA files it is required to restart the Java Instance. If already done then MDM Server and SRMCAT.sca file are not compatible.
