NETWORK ACTIVITY CONFIRMATION/reverse

Dear PS gurus

how we can reverse the network activity status which is already confirm.

ie if we confirm the network activity. is their any procedure to again revert back to its original status which was before

My problem , I had created all GRN and confirmed that particular network/ activity (i.e. 4000021/ 1768) which was created GRN material...but i want to reverse back that created GRN and credit in PO however due to confirmed activity this GRN material consumption in Project..so what will be the solution for reversed confirmed activity and created Fresh GRN...positive reply awaited.....

Use transaction code CN29 to reverse / cancel activity confirmation.

Hi,

use Tcode-CN29 to cancel the comfirmation of the activity.

give reason for cancellation.

Dear,

You can go to cn41 and go to extra\envoirnment tab after selecting the activity and the go to confirm and select the cancle confirmation ,put reason and save then status is changed.

after cancelling the activity confirmation whether activity cost value will get nill in cj3i report?

It should be.

As i am working in production server and can't try that scnerio.

But it should work as the confirnmation is reverse and the actual cost should also reverse.
