Dear SAP expert,
Now i am done on create new SLA product and maintain hours, priority.
I would like to attach this SLA product with support message as the solman can calculate response and completed time/date.
In support message only have two tab which is FAST ENTRY and TRANSACTION DATA. I have saw before there should be another tab call "ITEM DATA" which can assign SLA product on it.
Please advice how do i configure to make the ITEM DATA attach with my support message?
