How to clean SAP Fiori Manager Inbox?

There is a error in workflow for withdrawing the leave request application, from the manager inbox, so I ended the workflow logically deleted.

But in Manager inbox in fiori its still remaning, I am unable to delete and this is not there in SAP INBOX (SBWP) any further leads will be highly appreciated.

The issue is its not allowing to approve any further leaves until this issue is resolved. Please throw some lights !! TIA.
