hi,
In employee central my client has termination with effective date but they are terminated in system after they have completely paid in future untill then the status will be active.
Client want to have change in status untill they are completely inactivated from EC like "terminated with pay".
Can anyone help with this .
Hi,
In Employee Central, you should click on the Actions button, then choose the Termination action, and then, you can select the Termination Date for that employee.
Before that date, the status should be active.
