How to create an Open PR ageing report using me5a

I want to make an open PR ageing report using me5a. I have already selected 'not equal to' B in the processing status option. Do i need to make a selection in 'purchase request processing state"? What other selections do I need to make? How do I define a period - say all open PRs since the beginning of this year?

You can use processing status as "N" and scope of list as "A", after executing the report sort the list from date.
