Dear Sap Expert,
What is the best solution to check for Inspection plan while assigning the inspection type in material master.
Scenario is : when we assign the inspection type in material mater system should check for the appropriate inspection plan/task list
if the task list/inspection plan not available, assignment of inspection type should not allowed.
Any suggestion
Thanks in advance
Hi Muhamad,
The simplest solution would to be following.
1. check the inspection plan is created or not in MAPL table, (Task list type Q)
2. If the inspection is available than you can assign inspection type in mass in QA08
It is not advisable to do any development for this.

Solomon

I'd ask your materials management person. Did you search for material master enhancements or badi's?
I did. I was pretty easy to find them.
