Interactive Form in SAP C4C

Hello Experts,

We have requirement to implement interactive PDF forms in Cloud for Customer for Sales Quote. In this requirement, the form will display certain information which is filled by user in Sales Quote. E.g Name of Customer, Address etc. But the user should be able to edit the data in form which has been pulled from Quote , enter the data into the fields which are empty and save it in PDF form, so that he can then attach that form in "Attachment Section".For this we are using standard Sales Quote Adobe Forms provided by SAP for "Preview"Functionality. I am trying to use "Text field" control in Adobe LiveCycle Designer with Type ="User Entered Option", but with this , when user previews output, he is able to see the cursor in the text field but he is not able to edit/enter the data in it. Any pointers to enable such functionality in form will be appreciated

Hi,

As of now, C4C does not support interactive forms where user can edit the data in forms and hence closing my question.

Currently I am working on a project and I also have the requirement that you mentioned.

I implemented and configured it, but I have the same issue as you: My form is editable in "Preview" section of Adobe LiveCycle designer, but when I upload and publish it in C4C and try to Click Preview, the same fields appears non-editable.

My guess is that C4C sees the PDF as static and not as dynamic, so this is the reason why the fields are non-editable in C4C, but I am not 100% sure.

There are any updates on this topic?

Thanks for the response.

I have already referred the mentioned threads and I have tried to implement it. But unfortunately, it didn't help. My form is editable in "Preview" section of Adobe Livecycle designer(When Form is in design mode in Adobe Livecycle Designer) but when I upload and publish it in C4C and try to Click Preview in Sales Quote, the same fields appear noneditable (Though I can see cursor enabled in those fields). Any pointers on - if I am missing anything to make it editable in C4C system will be helpful.
