I would like to set optional to account assignment field in PR while change mode (ME52N), Pls advice on which spot on IMG setting that I can make this happen?
I have successfully configurize the screen layout, there are few field screen to be maintained as optional thru the account assignment category. such as: AKTV, ME52, NBB, etc.
Acct assignemnet tab depends upon acct assignemnt cat , & this acct assignment cat can be made optional by SPRO < Materials mangement < purchase requisation , define screen layout & then select NBB ( double click it ) to made it optional.
Check it in SPRO- -> SAP IMG Reference Menu >Materials management>Purchasing>PR> Define screen layout at document level and select filed selection as NBB and then select basic data then select the account assignment category as a required entry and then save
Go to IMG - MM - PURCHASING - PUR.REQU - SCREEN LAYOUT AT DCOUMENT LEVEL. select ME52 and details and get in to basic data, there u can account assignment category. U can make required / optional / display.
SPRO- Materials management-Purchasing-PR- Define screen layout at document level and select filed selection as NBB and double click on the Basic data and make as you want as optional or required entry and save setting.
