Settlement rule not created automatically and also manual entry is not accepting (Refurbish)

I have configured Refurbishment order with Material (not using Material with Serial Number OR Equipment). Since I don't have the equipment field, I am entering the cost center of maintenance team in the account assignment in the order.

I am able to issue and receive the material from Defective to Refurbished. Now the issue is Settlement rule is not copied in the order automatically. And it is also not allowing me to enter in the order with error saying, "Settlement rule can only be maintained automatically". I have pasted the screen shots of configuration here.

kindly help me to resolve this issue, please.

Hi Suleyman,

I have maintained in customising, Distribution rule for release and Amount settlement. After release and save, the order does not have the settlement rule created. Any more suggestions, Please.

Can you share the Settlement profile for refurbhishment order type screenshot ?

Make sure, the same profile is assigned to Order type.

You cannot generate it automatically when it has the status created. If you made the changes that I and Agung suggested, now try to release and observe what happens.

Try to tick "Amount Settlement" in settlement profiles and try to enter settlement rule when the order still CRTD (not yet release).

I changed as you mentioned to "Amount settlement". I tried creating a new order, still it is not created automatically and not allowing me to enter manually in the CRTD status. Any other suggestions, please.

This should work. Try creating a new order after the config is changed.

Check out other config related to order, as it is assigned to Maintenance Plant.

If you change your second customizing as " 2 Distribution rule for release " then, your distribution rule will be generated automatically upon release.
