LTMC - BP BU_PARTNER internal number range

Hi all,

When i upload data with LTMC in S/4 HANA 1709, BP number range goes abstrary. For this problem i found SAP Note 1817764. This caused inconsisteny for this i found SAP Note 2430380. But, i wonder that Does LTMC support internal number range for BP and KREDITOR ? I know , LTMC is not support internal number range for materials but i want to be sure about supplier .

Supplier object only create BUT000 record , LFA1 is not filled out. Is it standard behaviour ?

Supplier - extend existing record by new org levels object is not extend a vendor . Why ?

If i create a purchasing view, is it working ?

Hi Ozgur,

Supplier object for sure supports Internal number range. During the upload , validation and simulation phases might sometime use the numbers and you might see some numbers being lost. To avoid, you can as well control the number ranges BU_PARTNER to avoid loss of numbers when running import phase.

Supplier object fills general data in both BUT000 and LFA1. So if you are not able to see any record in LFA1, the Supplier creation is not successfull.

Supplier object extension can be used to extend supplier to different purchase orgs/company codes. If there is a issue please create a message to be fixed by SAP development.

for all above questions it depends on the BP Role in upload file from LTMC Fiori -Migrate your data .it will update in LFA1 and BUT000 tables and purchasing tables.
