Customers list in UDF field

Hi Gurus..

I need to add one UDF in Purchase Order. this UDF will contain the list Customers(actually these customers would be parties who will be providing services in term of inspection while purchasining items).

Is it possible to fetch these customer list in this UDF fieild automatically.

Please help me in this..
