Experts,
I am extracting data from 2LIS_02_SCL. Now when I extract this data in full load in RSA3, I get a total of 19200 records.
When I extract this data to PSA ONLY, the count is 19191. A total of 9 records are dropped while extraction from R3 to BI.
I do not have any infopackage selection criteria.
Any ideas why such a strange behaviour?
Thanks & BR,
Jain
Hi Raj,
You should set "Data Records / Calls" to the same as MAXLINES. You can set "Display Extr. Calls" to 3 so that all the records are extracted.

Hello Jain,
I would take a look at the authorizations as per point 5 in note 529789. Also, make sure the package size used by RSA3 is the same as that used by the infopackage as in point 2.

Vincent

HI,
In RSA3 you give Data Records / Calls = 999999 and Display Extr. Calls = 9999 and execute and then load the data to PSA and check the total no of records in RSA3 and in PSA.
Thanks

Hello Jain,
There are some good notes for analyzing differences between RSA3 and the PSA;
529789 BW extraction/extractor checker differences
and specifically for the logistics cockpit datasources;

My problem seems to be peculiar.
1. I am re-doing the setup. Have executed the necessary steps.
The issue is with the Schedule line datasource
When I run RSA3 for 2LIS_02_SCL, I get 19200 records.
When I initiate the IP from BI, I get 19191 records. I checked the job log for this request in R/3 I see that the records passed to the User Exit for this datasource is 19191 and not 19200.
Here's the exact message:
"

It seems that R/3 itself is not passing the rest 9 records to User Exit.
Any ideas?
Thanks & BR,
Jain
