PC 10.1 Empty screen on Business rule parameter

Hi expert,

I have some question.

When I run the NWBC -> Rule setup -> Business rule parameters for our System I get just an empty window – no error message, nothing.

- Following services is already running :
default_host > sap > public
default_host > sap > bc
default_host > sap > grc

- SAP Gateway already activated

What might be the issue here ?

I have the same. I can manage to make it work in Sandbox but not in my DEV system and cannot figure out what is the problem.

if you are in NW731,please refer the PDF in below note

1851321 - User is able to click on Link Groups/Header Link in NWBC. As user clicks on header link, it is showing error page

Sorry for late reply.

Thank you for your suggestion, I'm already tried change configuration to "show link to area page". But, still no luck because in my case it's not show error. but, blank / empty screen.

Did you have any suggestion ?

Did you activated the report GRFN_SET_BRP_SWITCH in Se38

refer the below KBA
