Sapnote 1086728 relevant?

I have done a EHP4 test installation 2 weeks ago. Since this date note 1245473 is updated:

Preventing Loss of Modifications

If the system that you want to update has a Support Package level lower than SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SP 13, then implement SAP Note 1086728. This prevents the loss of modifications / repairs duringthe modification adjustment.

I would like to know if this note 1086728 is relevant for ERP 6.0 EHP4 upgrade or only for EHP1 for Netweaver 7.0. Do I have to implement it? We have solved all the SPAU items in the test installation (copy of DEV system) and we want to include the SPAU solving transport in the EHPi installation.

Note 1086728 was created to solve the following problems:

New object Types like ENHx and WDYx were not supported by SPAU.

If it can be applied is depending on the Release of SAP-Base; this must be 7.00 or higher.

enhancement package 4 requires SAP NetWeaver enhancement package 1.

Recommendations for SAP NetWeaver are important for SAP ERP.
