how to modify the structure of logviwer

Hi frndz..

I want know how can we modify the logviwer structure means , i want to add an one extra column like IPAddress to an exiting structure, plz go through the below doc

in this doc itz showiing the tanle structure like Time,Catageory,Date,Message in addition to this i want an xtra colums how to that.
