Hardcopy printing

When i use the Hardcopy function in SAP to print out from SAP client, i am missing about half an inch of data on the left side of the page, and probably a quarter inch on the right side of the page.

I am getting the correct output,but other user is not able to get the output.

He is facing the issue that i have mentioned earlier.

Hi,

Are you using saplpd to print? In that case maybe the user's sapgui does not have the same patch level as yours or maybe the options in saplpd.exe are different.

If this is not working, check the printer (Windows) properties of the user's default printer.

Use transaction SPAD to check out output device LOCL. Maybe there are some incorrect settings in the output attributes tab?

When you are giving the print option, please check your Properties.

Select the right format.
