Client bought better server for SAP B1 - steps to change the server ?

I have a client who has bought a new better server. Now my question is what must exact step by step process i must follow to move my current SAP B1 application from old to new server.

How do i apply for new licences and what could be effect on my annual maintenance fees. Data will be transfered from the old server to the new server after registration.

1. Configure SBO in the New Server. SBO Version and Patch level should be same as that of the OLD Server

2. You can login to the SMP portal and delete the Existing System of Old Server and Create a new System with New Server information.

3. Once System is created in the SMP Portal, You can apply for license for New System. There is no additonal fees or charges for downloading License.

4. Once License is downloaded and installed, in the new System, take the Company Database Backup form the Old System and Restore it in the new System.
