There is a confidential account function you can use to hide account. Other than that, if you need some accounts like nobody can check, then you may not have any options.

hi

Godon

Thanks for ur reply,

But if client has some sales which are not paying any taxes....

For this : they have to do some unofficial purchases and sales. is it correct?

These above transactions are enter in SAP B1,nobody can see these, as you told if we use these as confidential accounts.

But inventory get effect above transactions. we can not hide inventory also

Is SAP B1 is made only for official transactions not for unofficial transaction

If the client wants to maintain 2 books for Tax Evasion / Tax Avoidance (which is completely illegal but practised in some countries)

The best way is to maintain it on Paper / have a different SBO company

Hi

Suda

Thanks for ur comment on this

If we maintain different SBO company, client has to post document in two SBO companies, one for actual and other one is BOTH

Which is make it confuse/complex/overload.

One friendly question is that Do you know Satish Sampathi/Vijay Sampathi, Both are my best friends from Barbados (Both are Doctors)

Why i am asking thaty your surname and thier surname is matching.

Just for Curiosity

Thanks

Hi Prasad,

Why don't you maintain all accounts (official & unofficial) in your Chart of Accounts and then use the Financial Report Template to define which accounts to display on your official report.

The point is that you need to analyze the requirements and the situation of your customer so you have strong reasons to decide which option you will take.

Cheers,

Hi

Marini

Thanks for comments, it is working

I have maintaining (official and unofficials account) in chart of account, but in financial template i have define only account i need to display.

I have no problem in profit and loss template, it is coming how i want , it is fine

But I have problem in Balance Sheet template, it is coming how i want , but profit or loss coming incorrect.

let me explain example:

folling accounts not to be display

1. sales unofficial account (cash sales) 15000

2. purchase unofficial account (cash purchase) 10000

profit is 5000

3. unofficial cash account : cash balance is 5000

i have created two templates one is standad for BS (which is shows all account) and other one is user defined BS (which is shows on official accounts)

Problem is at profit period in user defined BS template, profit is showing for over all accounts. Is any seting in template to reduce unofficial profit 5000 from profit period.

I am getting profit same in both the templats.

Please give soluatin

Prasad

B1 must be used in the legitimate manner. The requirements you posted is not supported. I don't think any official application systems should support this.
