Tutorial on using Adobe LifeCycle Designer and Adobe Document services

Hi All,

Are there any tutorials available for using Adobe LifeCycle Designer and Adobe Document Services for SAP applications (HCM in my case, as of now)? This is basically, to give new, rich look and feel to the application.
