Hi,

You cannot create a PR from contract, Since Contract is a follow on document to PR and SAP follows document flow rules.

Yes this is Quite Possible. In the Item Source of Supply Tab put the Agreement no.

If you have actiaveted the Source list then it will be picked up automatically.

Dear Bhaskar,

You can use the contract for creation of Purchase Requisition, as a Reference.

The content in the contract, can get adopted into your purchase requisition. As i said, this is only the reference for similar purchases. This is not the follow-on activity.

Even Purchase Order can also be referred for creating Purchase requisition, as a reference for new procurement( or Requirement)

Process flow is from Requirement to Order Conversion.

The Orders may be in any form as Contracts, Schedule Agreements, Purchase Orders, etc.,

Creation of Purchase requsition referring the Contract, can done thru transaction ME51N-Create PR, Enabling the Document Overview ON push button

Hope this will provide some thoughts on your query.

Please guys, stop saying it's possible to create a PR from a contract when it's not.

You can only assign a contract in the PR as a source of supply. That's it.
