Hi,
Can anyone please assist how can I reset parked F1 doc number xxxxx posted to closed period in January?
Thanks
Ravi
You can delete the parked doc in FBV0. No need to open period.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You need to open the previous period through OB52.
As i said-Unclear document reversal-FB08
Cleared Document-FBRA
BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR POSTING DATE TO THE PREVIOUS MONTH.

Hi
u say , u parked a docuement in Feb month , but the user want that document parked in the month of january.(which is already closed)
Ok but suppose if u reset the document, then docuement date or posting date cannot be reset,. only amount or reference field u can reset.
So u reverse the parked document in the month of Feb,from t.code FB08 and if u parked that document in the month of jan , u can open the period from OB52 transaction.
If any query fee free ask me

Hello,
If it is open item you can reverse it by using FB08
If it is cleared item you can reverse it by using FBRA (reverse and reset option you need to select)
Document --> Reverse
Select your reversal reason as 01
Hope this will solve your problem.
Regards,
Ravi

please claer you requiremnt. You cannot close a period when you have parked documents. In order for you to close it you need to post the parked document. If you want to reverse the posted dcoument, go to FB08.. If the document was cleared, go to tode FBRA
