Issue with the returns STO.

We are having a small issue in STO while returns delivery. We are not

able to get the Delivery completed flag Checked Automatically for

Returns STO.

We perform following cycle :- STO creation > Delivery Creation > PGI

against Delivery > Goods Receipt; here in this scenario we are able to

get the Delivery completed flag checked automatically.

Now when we repeat the same for a return STO with the same batch, we

are not able to get the flag automatically checked for Delivery

completed indicator in this return STO.

Can you please suggest us on this?

Hi,

For the supplying plant( the plant that is receiving the returns in this scenario in subject) select the "Delivery complete indicator" default. You can find it in the below path:

In SPRO -> MM -> IM -> Plant Parameters.

Return STO process steps,

Create return STO (return indicator in PO)>Goods receipt against PO (this will generate 161mvt type)>create delivery (VL10B)--Do PGI (VL02N)

These are the steps,after complition of these actvities please check delivery completed indicator

what do you mean by return STO ? can you explain ?

In STO you have Supplying plant and receiving plant
