Error on Batch Import

am trying to create users in protal through batch process. but am getting bellow Errors.

warnings=Error: Failed while committing because of Cannot create user HARI in ABAP backend system.

Reason: The UME/ABAP adapter has recognized that the communication user is only assigned to the read-only role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO (or no role at all) in the backend system.

Therefore UME was set to read-only mode for users from the backend system.

Hi,

You do not authorization to create users from portal.

Login to ABAP system -> go to transaction su01 -> change the authorization for user sapjsf. Remove the role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO and assign the role SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION.

Restart the whole server.

Before doing this make sure the ABAP admins are happy with you creating ABAP users from the portal! They may have a proper controlled process for adding ABAP users. Remember, ABAP users often count towards licenses...
