Inconsistency u2013 how do you correct that?

Hello,

We have a situation with a couple of MSA clients where we have noticed that the database is not in sync. with CRM Online server. For example some changes made to activities on the MSA client are not reflected on the CRM server.

Does anybody have some good advice to how we can bring the client back in sync?
