Hi People!
Exist a way to execute a background job without creating logs?? For example... I have a user that when execute a background job it full at 100% the /sapmnt file system..... and then I need to clean some logs to create some space on it. Exist a way to execute the job without creating the log?
Thanks for the help!
Hai,
It is not possible to run a background job without job log. According to you if the /sapmnt is full when the job starts the SAP system will create job logs saying that u201CError reading Job logu201D.
You can also see some entries related to this in SM21 system logs.
After this you have to clear the directory in concern to make the job successful.

Why don't you simply extend the size of /sapmnt...
