Hoping someone can shed some light on this please. If you have an existing schedule set up on Infoview but then have to make a change to the Crystal Report i.e change something in the record selection. Do you need to re-create the schedule to pick up the changes? We are finding that reports that are on e-mail schedules don't pick up the changes unless you re-create the schedule. Is this how it should work? Thanks
We are using Crystal Reports XI R1 on BO Enterprise XIR1.
