Add filter in interlinkage ??

Do anybody know how to add a filter in interlinkage ???

I explain my problem.. I have ship-to in Sap with mark to deleted. This ship-to also exist in CRM.

I have a subscription that only download to MSA the sold-to tha is relationship with me salesrep.

And this Sold-to doesn't download to MSA is mark to delete.

But I have a interlinkage CAP/CAP that relation sold-to with ship-to. And download all ship-to, even that is marked to delete in sap.

I hope that i explain it well.

Hi,

of course there is a possibility to define an interlinkage with a filter but I guess you already used this criteria for the relationship Sold-To -> Ship-To...

Yes, I like to add filter to avoid download ship-to that is marked to delete in R3 and CRM, but with interlinkage download.. The salesrep don't want to see this ship-to in his Mobile.

Can you explain how i can add filter in interlinkage?

O how i can avoid to download this ship-to "deleted" ?

Hi,

unfortunately there is only one filter possible when defining interlinkages, based on relation field & value.

What you can do is to add this (hardcoded) filter in the BP search qBDocs (like CAPGEN_QUERY or KNA1SHT_QUERY) to prevent the Mobile users from searching for them.
