in Satelite system(SEQ/275) tcode- SM30 table-BCOS_CUST

i gave a RFC destination name "Solmanread"

for this RFC destination i hv used

user - solmansdesk

My question wat authorization shal i give it to this user "solmandesk" in Solman 4.0 (STM/100)

i gave all these

SAP_SUPPCF_CREATE

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

SAP_SV_SOLUTION_MANAGER

but i am getting error message

"Error in local message system; message 009999000038 not complete"

but when i am giving SAP_ALL profile to this user "solmandesk" along with above author.

i am able to create support msg from satellite system.

Can anyone tell me precisely wat all authorization is needed to solve this

Please help me asap

Depends on your scenario.

You may go for:

Roles

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

You do not need SAP_S_RFCACL if you got a non-trusted connection.

starbe I have assigned SAP_TRANSLATOR and SAP_S_RFCACL in the system and its working fine for me

try assigning SAP_TRANSLATOR also

if this doesnt work,u can try S_CSMREG and S_BDLSM_READ profiles.

Hello Rohit

After adding these 2 role along with

S_CSMREG and S_BDLSM_READ profiles

Roles given to this user :

SAP_TRANSLATOR

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

SAP_S_RFCACL

Profiles

D_SOLMAN_RFC

S_BDLSM_READ

S_CSMREG

But i am getting this error

"Because of error 513, no message was created in

Support Desk System"

now what to do ??

these are related to authorization issues only

tell me few things:

what are the roles and profiles assigned to the user with which the RFC is made?

what are the roles and profiles assigned to the user with which you are making the message?

and u said that when u assign SAP_ALL,it works fine,SAP_ALL to which user do you assign?

Make sure that the settings mentioned in Note 498984 and 864195 are followed.

Hello Pankaj,

Try the following solution:

1.Assign the following to the RFC user in satellite system

Roles given to this user :

SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

SAP_S_RFCACL

Profiles

D_SOLMAN_RFC

S_BDLSM_READ

S_CSMREG

2. Every user who creates a suupport message from satellit system to solution manager, give him the following roles:

SAP_S_RFCACL

SAP_TRANSLATOR

SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

Try this and let me know if this helps

Hi,

Have you maintained RFC in BCOS_CUST01 table? Also activate action "Change/create crm message from ABA message or Basis message"

Hello Pankaj,

Try assigning SAP_S_RFCACL profile to the user

it has S_RFCACL authorization object

Hope it helps
