Dear All ,
I am changing Unit of Measure for the material , showing Error Routing Exist .
Deleted the Routing , Even set deletion Flag in Table PLKO , PLPO .
But still while changing showing Routing Exist for material

Use CA98 or CA99 to delete the routing completely & it should resolve your issue.
