Difference between MB5B and MC.H

Dear all,

In our company there is requirement to develop an quatatative report for the month

opening stock

purchase ( net returns)

Internal consumption

stock transfer(IN)

stock transfer (out)

closing stock.

Now i have checked the SAP.There are two reports which serves my purpose

MB5B and MC.H

MC.H is giving detail information and i want utilize this report.

But now i'm able to understand why there is difference between MB5B abd MC.H

on what basis this two reports are calculating ( like movement types )

Hi

I think that the difference is because of MC.H doesnt consider the stock in transit.

MB5B is more reliable, but might take longer time for longer period range.

You can try taking out this kind of a report thru' BW.
