Connection to Partner broken error

I get Connection to Partner broken error in SAPGUI 7.10.

Here are the details:

Component NI (network interface )

Release 710

Version 39

Module nixxi.cpp

Method NiPRead ;P=11.180.243.133;3210;L=127.0.0.1:2611

Return Code -6

System Call recv

Counter 5

I get this message whenever I am trying to login to SAP. In other system Users are able to login. Can you please help me on this. Any help is appreciated.

Hai,

Check whether you have given the correct login parameters or not.

For example, server address, system no, etc.,

Every Server details has been provided according to other systems from where we can login.This seems to be a system specific problem.May be some settings issue
