Application Integrator & Customer Exit Problem

Hi experts!!

I have created the following components :

-a WD application that calls an iview which is based on the application integrator component passing some parameters to it.

- the iview i mentionned before, which uses a parameterprovider service to pass the parameters from the WD application to another url (outside of the portal) (Instead of recreating it in the production system i have transported it from the development system).

-the service itself.

I have uploaded the par file of the service and i can see it in the ROOT/com.sap.portal.appintegrator/customer_exits/parameter_provider .

I have also set the parameter Use_Customer_parameter_provider of the application integrator service to true.

All the senario works just fine in the development system, but NOT in the production system..

Any ideas????

Problem solved!!!

I re-created the appIntegrator iview in the production system.

Hello Iria,

We are on Netweaver 7.0 SP19, I am trying to use Customer exit in a Web Dynpro app integrator iview, I am getting Portal runtime error .. error is com.sapportals.portal.appintegrator.ApplicationIntegratorException: Unable to process template '<JcoDestParam>', because 'JcoDestParam' is an invalid terminal property of the Root context. Do you have an example of how it is working? please let me know

Yes Andrea, Customer exit for appintegrator problem is solved.
