Restrict Authorisation for Profit center

Hello,

After Executing transaction FBL1N with the required data being maintained, in the output sreen i have many profit centers being displayed.

Could anyone please let me know "how to restrict access/authorization profit center wise".

Also I have tried by assigning objects K_PCA and K_TP_VALU to the role and provided restriced authorisation. Still my purpose is not solved.

Can anyone please help me in this.

Usually, if you restrict in the "EC-PCA: Responsibility Area, Profit Center (K_PCA) with the proper profit center range, it should work. But make sure that in the organizational level, the profit center(PRCTR) is restricted.

However when i checked PRCTR is a Field Name under table RFPOSXEXT.

Could you also please let me know how do i restrict this.

Find in analysis using trace

enable st01 for authorization trace, find required object and adjust activity display

make you sure disable after your trace analysis

you can alos do create single role for transaction FBL1N and restrict access on ora values.
