Total Up function not workin...
Budgeted for 2008 - 100 - WBSE X-R-1
2009 - 200 WBSE X-R-1
overall - 300 - WBSE X-R-1
these values are not getting totaled up for header level WBSE.

you have to select all the wbs element
Edit --> Totalup tick on the annual as well as over all then check and save
did some R&D ... got the soln...
actually it was some profile & IM program settings
settings in IM Budget Profile..
