Error in Cloud Connector to Cloud Foundry setup

Hi,

I was trying to set up a connection from a cloud connector (v. 2.11, java 8.1.041) to a Cloud Foundry account.

Whereas the connection to my trial NEO account works fine, I get issues when trying to connect to the CF account.

I use the GUID as subaccount ID and my email and s-user password.

However that gets me this error:

"417 Could not download configuration file — see ''Log And Trace Files'' for details"

In the log I find errors like

[Thr 4020] RSecSSFs: SSFS-1430: File "C:\SAP\scc20\scc_config\SSFS_SCC.KEY" cannot be opened in mode "rb": No such file or directory (errno = 2); at this location, this is not considered an error [D:/depot/bas/749_REL/src/krn/rsec/rsecssfs.c 1798] [Thr 4020] RSecSSFs: Key file "C:\SAP\scc20\scc_config\SSFS_SCC.KEY" not found, using default key [D:/depot/bas/749_REL/src/krn/rsec/rsecssfs.c 2467]

and indeed, there is no such .key file.

What am I missing ?

Any help appreciated.

Marcus

    Dear Marcus,

The error refers to proxy missconfiguration. Please try the followings:

    1. In SAP Cloud Connector, go to the "Configuration" section.
    2. In the "Cloud" tab, click on "Edit" under "HTTPS Proxy".
    3. Enter the host and port for the proxy, and fill in the user and password of SAP Cloud Connector.
    4. Save and try the process again.

Issue also described in the KBA:

2417932 - 500 Failed to sign the SAP Cloud Connector certificate for account. Verify configuration and proxy settings

I need no proxy configured, but there was an user / password by default. Removing that did the trick.
