How to view CR controls on the toolbox of VWD2005/2008

I have VWD 2005 on XP/SP2 and CR2008 installed. I remember having added the CR .Net controls (CrystalReportViewer, CrystalReportSource and Crystal ReportPartsViewer) manually from a list of com components (I can still see this list from the menus "Tools>Choose Toolbox Items...".

I have now a computer with Windows Vista, VWD2005, VWD2008 and CR2008. CR2008 was installed as last program, after VWD2005/2008. When I try to add manually the CR .Net controls, I don't find them on the list of com components as it was with the XP/SP2 computer. There are other Crystal Report components and I selected them all, but still I cannot see any control on the toolbox of the VWD 2005 and VWD 2008. Because of this problem, I can design reports with CR2008 but I cannot use them in any .Net application.
