You have no authorization to import interactions in sap hybris marketing cloud

Hi Friends,

I am trying to load interaction via "CUAN_IMPORT_HEADER" odata service in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud. However i am getting an wierd error that "You have no authorization to import interactions" in the Application log.

Please let me know if anyone faced the same kind of issue.

Hi praveen.radhakrishnan,

have you tried to use the new API for import of interactions?

https://my123456-api.s4hana.ondemand.com/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV

(where 123456 if the id of your system of course).

Before you need to create a communication user, a communication system and the communication arragement SAP_COM_0206.
