Change Delta Mechanism of Data source

Hello All,

Presently we are using a generated data source 3FI_SL_OC_SI which has the below delta mechanism. Now i need to change the safety limit from upper limit to lower limit.

Please let me know how to do that

Hi Mirza,

please do changes on non business hours or weekends.

Please load all delta data into BW until you get 0 data at RSA7/PSA.

Delete the init and You can edit those limits if allowed at production system.After the changes , do the reinit and continue the delta loads.

if it not allowed at production then do it at dev system and recollect your changes into new transport and move across the landscape.

Hi Mirza,

Are you already using this datasource to pull the delta on daily basis ? In this case, you will need to delete the initialization which will remove its reference from RSA7 queue. After this, I think you will be good to make your change as needed.
