Where I can fined document about the capability to transfer emails from Outlook to CRM.
I have heard somthing a bout "one 2 one"??

Sure. You can use either Agent Inbox workflow or ERMS workflow to route the email to a specific Org.Unit, so that the agents can view the emails in their Agent Inbox.

And regarding ERMS, you can configure a ERMS Rule to Route the incoming email to a Specific Org/Position, based upon some condition.
