Restoration error

Dear Team,

I am restoring data from tape drive of SAP data,but during restoration this problem is comming.

    Hi ,

    In almost all cases, this error is caused by hardware or operating

    system problems. Check the system, together with your hardware partner

    and operating system partner, to correct the cause of the problem.

    Then carry out a consistency check on the entire database, as

    described in Note 23345, remove any inconsistencies using Note 365481

    and restore the affected files from a backup.

    are u trying to restore PRD backup into QAS?

    well the error you specified relates to I/O error,I guess there are some issues with the tape drive that you are using
