Profit Center Creation through LSMW ( ECC 6)

Hi All

I want to Create Profit Center through LSMW. but when i record T Code: KE51 System automatically go to Second Screen system not asking Controlling Area and Profit Center in Initial Screen.

one i set controlling Area T code: OKKS system go to Second Screen eventhough it is not asking Profit Center. In 4.7 not like this. This Problem only ECC 6.

Please Give me Valueble Seggestions to me

hi u can use KEMDM it is working perfectly becoz there it self u can do create delete change or wht ever it may be so can use this one we are using this tcode for pca masters upload.

Hi,

How to solve:

Make sure that the recording stops at:

SAPLRKPM 0200

This can be realized if you enter as initial prctr a prctr which exits.

SAP comes with message: prctr xxx already exits.

You enter a new one and finish recording.

After recording you come in the 'bim overview'.

In the BIm overview go with the cursor to SAPLRKPM 0200

and press 'add field'. Add PRCT_V-REF_PRCTR and you're done.

Same for controlling area.

Hello,

There is no problem in uploading profit centers through LSMW in ECC 6.0

We have uploaded number of profit centers through LSMW.

You need to reset the Controlling Area only once you are logged off. Every time you logged in you need to set your controlling area in OKKS

If you want to avoid this, you can set the Controlling Area Parameter ID in your User Master Data.

Log in a fresh, set your controlling area. (this will not be recorded)

Now do the recording and upload the file.

when we tried to upload the profit center through LSMW its not coverting analysis valid period from and to and more over how to assing particular company code to the particular profit center. Could you please help me in this
