Hello all,

Installed are the following systems:

Solution Manager 4.0 (or 7.0)

ECC 6.0 EhP3

PI 7.1

How can I tell what the SPS levels are? These need to be upgraded to the latest SPS level.

How can I tel what Usage Types have been installed?

Any help, hints or advice would be greatly appreciated

TIA

Hi,

You can use system>staus>software components and their versions and SP level

or you can use SPAM and check the version and SP level.

You need to find the current level in the market place and apply them accordingly.

Thanks for responding

What was desired initially was the SPS stack for the items above and not the SP levels of the individual components. When going to Sap Service Marketplace under /sp-stacks, one can see that even though you are to enter

-> Source SPS Stack number

-> Target SPS Stack number

for Solution Manager for example, they say that if you do not know the Source SPS Stack number it is OK and to just enter the Target SPS Stack number.

If one goes ahead and upgrades individual components of the install, then can you still use the Stack upgrade approach?

Solman Stack are determine by the ST Software Component. Looks like this:

ST 400 0016 SAPKITL426 SAP Solution Manager Tool Component Supp. Pkg.

where 16 would be your Stack Level.
