Thank You for your kind support.

I have to fullfill the below requirement.

The user would enter the BOM in the sales order. The BOM should explode in the sales order before the Order is saved. The pricing should be carried out at the header level (Sub-item's total will not add to the assembled goods price), but want the Sub-items price for statistical and valuation reasons. Most of the sub-items are procured from external vendors and hence an availability check should be carried out at Sub-item level when the order is saved, PR should be created for sub-items which are short of stock.

This requirement is contrary is to the behaviour of BOM items and wondering on how this can be achieved. This forms the baseline for our project and hence badly need your thoughts on this.

Hi Riyaz,

The link tells me about creating a BOM. But my requirement is to generate a PR from the sub-items of a BOM.

Please help.
