Resctriction of contract.

Dear all,

i have an issue. I have created a building and assigned the building in the contract and created the contarct. now the issue is i dont want to create the contarct with the same building no again. how do restrict this. experts please suggest.

you can use BAdI BADI_RECN_CONTRACT, method CHECK_ALL, to do the necessary checks.

Hi,

I can quickly suggest one way. Create the building as a whole as a RU ( Rental unit ) and assign the same to the building.

While creating the Contract ... add the RU ... next time... for the overlapping period, you cannot create another contract.

In case i get another option i will let you know.

These Steps are for FLX-RE ECC 6.0

Steps

1. Suppose your Building number is 0000001 for given Business entity (A0000101) for company code

500 ( 500/A0000101/00000001)... take the Object Number from Table VIBDBU

(VIBDBU-OBJNR) IB500A00000101 00000001

2. Go to Table VIBDOBJASS and input your your Building Object Number in field

(VIBDOBJASS-OBJNRTRG) and check wether any contract exists..
