Printing from Campaigns

Hi Experts,

I am working on a Utilities project and they are using stream serve as the printing solutions.

Stream serve will be used for email sending and also for letter priniting.

Stream serve only receieves data only in RDI or XML format.

I am not sure how we can do the same for Email & Letters Campaigns, Because in CRM we define the mail teamplate & letter Templates and assign teh target group for execution. Now how this scenerio can be handled in this situation?

Hi,

In the campaign why don't you try Communication Medium as File Export with XML attachment.

Thanks for the quick response.

But this will not take the mail form as well as the Target Group with the same linkages.

We are enhancing the Traget sturture to populate the fields in mail forms and email templates. How these merging will happen?

Hi,

I think it should work although I have not tried it personally before. But, this is an option for campaign execution through external sources. Why don't you try it and see and also please do let me know whether it works.

I had tried this, but it didnt work for me. Its not picking the right attributes and moreover not even the Target Group.
